Martinez:
The City of Martinez has designated the following four (4) locations for the stockpiling of sand, and one (1) location with sand bags only for use by residents during heavy rains and or flooding. If you have any questions you may call the Public Works Maintenance Yard at 372-3580, M-F 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- Nancy Boyd Park - Located on Pleasant Hill Rd E & Church St
- F Street- Located at the west end of F Street off of Alhambra Avenue, at the beginning of the Park District trail, just past Alhambra High School.
- Ferry & Allen Streets- Located at the comer of Ferry & Allen Streets by the Kiwanis Club.
- Rankin Park- Located at the end of Buckley Street, upper parking lot.
- Sand Bags are located at City Hall @ 525 Henrietta Street.
Orinda/Moraga:
No Limit, Do It Yourself. 925-258-4599

Pinole:
No Sand Limit. Bring own bags, ties, & tools. Sand available year round. Public Works 510-724-8947.

Pleasant Hill:
Call 671-4646 to check sandbags availability before going to the Center. No sandbags are available after 4 p.m.
- City Hall parking lot (100 Gregory Lane at Trelany Road – behind Michael’s)
- Community Center parking lot (320 Civic Drive – behind the Police Department)
San Ramon:
No Charge 15 bag limit
- Athan Downs Park – Montevideo Drive and Davona Drive Parking Lot

Sand and sandbags are available to Walnut Creek residents free of charge at the following locations (Residents need to bring their own shovels):

- Rudgear Park parking lot. (New location!)
