MIXT Grand Opening At City Center Bishop Ranch

SAN RAMON, CA — A new restaurant specializing in salads and grain bowls will soon open in City Center Bishop Ranch. MIXT will host a grand opening celebration on April 27 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The business will donate $1 from every salad purchased during the grand opening weekend to The Urban Farmers. The first 250 guests to visit during the grand opening celebration will score some MIXT swag and a chance to win a $50 MIXT gift card.

The eatery will join Mendocino Farms, Sephora, Bamboo Sushi, Fieldwork Brewing Company, Starbucks, and On the EDGE in the growing shopping center. Businesses in the 300,000-square-foot shopping, dining and entertainment property started opening in November of 2018. THE LOT, a luxury cinema and dining destination, is the anchoring business in the sprawling development.

City Center Bishop Ranch is located at 6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd. in San Ramon.
