DANVILLE, CA- Police arrested three suspects Tuesday in connection with two separate burglary-related incidents in Danville, town officials said.
The first incident occurred when a Danville police officer conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle at 2:50 a.m. Tuesday at Morris Ranch and Podva roads, according to Lt. Allan Shields.
Around the same time, the officer learned that there were reports of two people coming to the door of a nearby home and asking for a person who is not a resident there.

There were two people inside the vehicle the officer stopped. The vehicle's driver, identified as 45-year-old Alan Grana, was determined to have a warrant for his arrest on charges of burglary and grand theft, according to Shields.
Grana, a Dublin resident, was also allegedly found in possession of burglary tools and he was driving on a suspended license. He was arrested along with his passenger, identified as 22-year-old Concord resident Victoria Vickry, who was allegedly in possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and stolen property.

They were then booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. At about 1 p.m. Tuesday, police were dispatched to the scene of a burglary alarm at Castanya Court.
Two men and a suspicious vehicle were spotted by witnesses in the area but no suspects were located by officers. At 1:49 p.m., Lafayette police received a report of a suspicious vehicle that matched the description of the vehicle in Danville's burglary.
When a Lafayette police officer attempted to pull that vehicle over, the suspect fled on foot. One of the men, identified as 22-year-old Richmond resident Ibrahim Muhammad, was later taken into custody. He was then arrested by Danville police on suspicion of residential burglary, conspiracy, probation violation and possessing burglary tools.
He was booked into Martinez Detention Facility. Shields expressed appreciation for the Lafayette Police Department's assistance and the role the reporting parties played in the cases.
