New San Ramon Restaurant Opens This Weekend
The eatery will open in San Ramon's City Center Bishop Ranch shopping center, with outdoor dining and take-out.
SAN RAMON, CA — A ramen restaurant will open Saturday in San Ramon's City Center Bishop Ranch shopping center.
Ramen Hiroshi will open on the second level, with take-out and socially distant outdoor dining options, according to a news release from the restaurant and shopping center. Ramen dishes include fresh and local ingredients such as organic free-range chicken, seasonal produce and pasteurized Jidori eggs. Noodles are made in-house and wine, beer and sake are on the menu.
Ramen Hiroshi's signature dish, Hiroshi Tonkotsu Ramen, boasts pork bone broth simmered for 16 hours, according to the news release. It's topped with pork belly slices, soft-boiled egg, lotus root, black mushroom, bamboo shoot and more.

"We're excited to bring our menu of comforting ramen dishes to the diners at City Center Bishop Ranch,” said Hiroshi Tun, co-owner of Ramen Hiroshi, in the release. “We’ve developed a loyal following at our other restaurant location in Walnut Creek and look forward to doing the same here."
