Real Estate: The Oldest Home For Sale In San Ramon

You know the old saying. They don't make 'em like they used to.

They may or may not be true when it comes to homes, but for some people older houses are simply quainter and more "lived in."

This week, we thought we'd try to find the oldest home for sale in each of our communities.

In San Ramon, there's this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 8 Metairie Court that was built in 1963.

The 1,440-square-foot residence sits on a fifth of an acre. The list price is $729,000.
