San Ramon Fieldwork Brewery To Offer Full Menu
The indoor taproom will become more spacious, too. See what will be on the menu this month.

SAN RAMON, CA — Bay Area favorite Fieldwork Brewing Company will now offer a full menu at its City Center Bishop Ranch taproom.
Sippers will have more room to enjoy their craft brews, as the indoor taproom space will grow by 900 square feet, according to a news release from the shopping center. The changes will go in effect this month.
The menu features 10 Neapolitan-style pizzas made with Los Gatos tomatoes, from the classic Margherita to pies with more creative toppings, such as egg, porcini cream, ghost pepper salami, roasted brussel sprouts and house-made sausage. Starters include baked goat cheese wings and meatballs.

Chef Jeffrey Amber, culinary director of Berkeley-based Fieldwork, is leading up the branch's foray into food, according to the news release.
The beer lineup includes a slew of styles, from craft beer mainstay India Pale Ale to sours and stouts. More than 18 beers are on tap.
