San Ramon Street Closures Announced For Dec. 7 Bah Humbug Race

The following shutdowns are planned for Saturday's event.

SAN RAMON, CA — Event organizers say the "Bah Humbug 5K Run & Walk" will take place Saturday in San Ramon, rain or shine, and several street closures are planned for the family friendly holiday race:

According to the San Ramon Police Department, the following shutdowns are planned for the Dec. 7 event:

From 5:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. — Southbound Alcosta Blvd., between Norris Canyon Rd. and Bollinger Canyon Rd.

6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. — Eastbound Norris Canyon Rd., between Alcosta Blvd. and Bishop Dr.

7 a.m. to 11 a.m. — Northbound Bishop Dr., between Norris Canyon Rd. and Executive Pkwy.

7 a.m. to 11 a.m. — Executive Pkwy., between Bishop Dr. and Alcosta Blvd.

Along the course route there will be designated volunteers to keeping participants safe and cheering them on.

In the event of rain, the registration area, sponsors, awards, and photo with Santa will take place inside the San Ramon Community Center.
