Things to Know in San Ramon This Week: June 3 to June 9

This week, there's a new Farmers Market, the outdoor movie series begins and working dogs will show their skills at Forest Home Farms.

New Wednesday Farmers Market at San Ramon Sports Park

New Wednesday evening farmers market at the San Ramon Sports Park will feature over 30 vendors selling local, organic produce including from Asian growers, fresh cut flowers, orchids, baked goods, and hot prepared foods from Ofas Island BBQ, Green Lantern Catering, Izalco Mexican, Sabores del Sur, India's Kitchen! The market will also feature live music and cooking demos!

Military Secrets for Project Success

Associated Builders & Contractors Northern California (ABC NorCal) presents "Military Secrets for Project Success," an interactive seminar designed to increase your team's productivity, collaboration and post-project learning!

Outdoor Movie Series

The Princess Bride playing for free at the Hagley Group Summer Outdoor Movie Series. Fun for the whole family! All movies begin at dusk approximately 8:30 p.m at the Dougherty Community Center Back Lawn.  Bring a blanket and snacks and join us for a movie under the stars!

Forest Home Farms "Working Dogs" Saturday

The theme for the day will be “Working Dogs” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Throughout history man’s best friend has done many jobs. Come to the farm to see a variety of working dogs doing their jobs. Dogs and their handlers from the Northern California Working Sheep Dog Association will practice their skills herding sheep in open fields and through obstacle courses. From 10:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. you can meet a police dog from the San Ramon Police Department and see demonstrations of his searching abilities at 10:30  a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

East Bay Dance Company's Spring Recital: On Broadway

The East Bay Dance Company will be having their recital at the Front Row Theater at 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday. You can find ticket information here.
