Drivers are asked to avoid the area.

SAN RAMON, CA — Police in San Ramon issued a traffic alert Wednesday morning for the area of Bollinger Canyon Road and Camino Ramon. The traffic signals are on flash and should be treated like an intersection controlled by stop signs, according to police.
Commute traffic will likely be extremely slow throughout the morning and evening commute and drivers are asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes. Police suggest using Crow Canyon Road. Officials did not give an estimate of when the signals would be repaired.
