SAN RAMON, CA — "American Idol" contestant Grace Leer performed from the confines of her family's San Ramon backyard for an at-home rendition of the show Sunday night.

Leer is currently in the top 20 contestants and now waits to see whether she will receive enough votes to make it into the top 10.

Leer, who played soccer for San Ramon Valley High School and the University of California, Berkeley, is now a Nashville resident and country singer. Earlier this month "American Idol" viewers voted her into the top 20 over fellow Nashville singer Lauren Mascitti.
