What Should Replace Blockbuster in the Country Club Village Shopping Center?

The Blockbuster in the Country Club Village Shopping Center is long gone, what do you think should replace it?

It's accross from the new Walmart Neighborhood Market is a large commercial property that seems like a good location for number of different types of businesses.

One reader told Patch that they would like to see a restaurant that serves simple and not expensive breakfasts and lunches.
