Caltrans Work Impacting Highway 9 Traffic In Santa Cruz County

Work began Tuesday and will continue from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — Caltrans is doing resurfacing work on state Highway 9 from Greenvale Drive to the junction with state Highway 236 at Waterman's Gap in Santa Cruz County from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday. Work will continue from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.

Motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control with delays not to exceed 15 minutes, the agency said.

Electronic message boards will be used to alert motorists of the work.
