The culinary team at Chaminade Resort & Spa would rather you spend more time wrapping and unwrapping gifts versus spending time in the kitchen over the holidays. Therefore, the resort’s culinary team will be serving up a festive menu of holiday favorites “to go” for locals and families to enjoy in the comfort of their own home, without all of the preparation and kitchen fuss.

Chaminade’s Christmas at Home dinners to go will include the choice of one protein and the meal serves up to 10 people. Orders must be placed by 5 pm on Sunday, December 20, and picked up on December 24 between 1 pm and 3 pm.

· Prime Rib (8 lb) with Candied Yam and Two Cups of Cabernet Demi Glace - $265

· Turkey with Cherry Pecan Sage Stuffing, Cranberry Ginger Compote, and Gravy - $210

· Ham with Candied Yams and Coconut Butternut Squash Soup (vegan) - $210

All dinners include mashed potatoes, spring mix salad with champagne-roasted lemon vinaigrette dressing, buttered sweet corn, steamed Brussel sprouts with bacon, dinner rolls, and holiday pumpkin or pecan pie. Prices include tax, service, and processing fee.
