Health Fair

It’s not too late to make good on those New Year’s resolutions.

Physicians, therapists, dieticians and coaches from Dominican Hospital, Dominican Medical Group, and Physicians Medical Group will be on hand at this week’s “Re-New You” Health Fair. All fitness and skill levels are welcome for this free evening of education, inspiration and motivation.

The event will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Simpkins Family Swim Center in Santa Cruz, and will feature talks from physician specialists, health screenings, nutrition experts, equipment and fitness vendors and more. Participants can learn a new yoga move, have their blood pressure checked or get some tips on healthful eating.
