Santa Cruz Co. Businesses Get Free Placement In Local Directory

Think Local First membership has rolled out an all-new Local Business Directory to make it easy for area residents to "think local first."

Press release from Think Local First:

Think Local First County of Santa Cruz (TLF) was established in 2007 in response to the nation sliding into the greatest recession since the 1930s. For the past 13 years TLF’s membership has worked to promote and sustain the economic vitality and unique character of Santa Cruz County.

For the 2020 Covid meltdown of local business, TLF membership has rolled out an all-new Local Business Directory to make it easy for area residents to find a “think local, first” solution to their needs.

The TLF Local Business Directory is organized by categories along the lines of the classic Yellow Pages, with TLF members listed in their respective business category.

Given the extraordinary need engendered by Covid, TLF membership has elected to allow ALL qualified County businesses and nonprofits to register for FREE in the TLF Local Business Directory at www.thinklocalsantacruz.org.

(Registrants can also choose to include a linkable web address and logo with their listing for a small annual administration fee.)

TLF, which has invested approximately $500,000 in the “Think Local First” brand, will be promoting the Local Business Directory through the coming holiday season and new year. Why? Because more of the money we spend here will stay here so we can spend it again, and again, and again!
