SANTA CRUZ - The Santa Cruz County Clerk's Office is hosting special Leap Day wedding ceremonies Monday at its office in Santa Cruz. Five couples have scheduled ceremonies with the office. The cost is $100 and couples will receive a special souvenir marriage certificate, according to the clerk's office.
