The applicant, MidPen Housing, is pleased to invite you to a virtual community meeting for the opportunity to view the proposed design, ask questions, and provide feedback for the proposed project at 314 Jessie Street. The project consists of a Design Permit and Coastal Permit for the demolition of an existing 14-unit multi-family development and the construction of a 50-unit multi-family development including housing and supportive services on a parcel located in the R-L (Multiple Residence – Low Density) zone district.
