Car Crashes Into Building On Montana Avenue In Santa Monica

SANTA MONICA, CA — A car crashed into a building along Montana Avenue in Santa Monica Friday morning, according to the Santa Monica Fire Department.

The crash happened about 10:57 a.m. in the 1100 block of Montana Avenue, near 11th Street, fire officials said. This incident was cleared by about 11:09 a.m.

It's unclear what prompted the crash and if anyone was injured. Drivers and pedestrians were urged to avoid the area.

"Avoid the area, possible delays, hazards," fire officials said.
