Firefighters Extinguish Structure Fire In Santa Monica

SANTA MONICA, CA — Firefighters have extinguished the structure fire in the 2400 block of Fourth Street near Ocean Park Boulevard in Santa Monica Friday afternoon, according to the Santa Monica Fire Department.

The Santa Monica Fire Department first tweeted about the fire just before 4 p.m. and announced it was extinguished by about 4:30 p.m.

SMFD told drivers to avoid the area and expect possible delays and hazards.
