Homeless Man Booked For Meth Possession
Maurice Montray Rogers was also charged with possessing a methamphetamine pipe.

On Sept. 20 at 2:36 a.m. in the 1200 block of Lincoln Blvd., officers on patrol observed two bicyclists riding their bikes on the street opposite of the traffic direction for the lane they were in; a violation of the vehicle code, section 20651.1.Â
The officers conducted a stop of the violators. One violator was on probation and was staying at the American Motel, which is near where the traffic stop was being conducted.Â
Officers conducted a probation search of the hotel room that the violator was staying in and found methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe, containing residue that looked like cooked methamphetamine. The subject renting the room admitted to the drugs and pipe as belonging to him.
