Man Booked For Assault Following Head Butt, Split Lip

On Sept. 20 at 9:30 p.m. Santa Monica Police officers responded to a fight call in the 1500 block of Ocean Ave. 

Two valet workers got into an argument that turned into a physical altercation.  During the fight the suspect head-butted the victim in the lip.  The victim ran away and the suspect followed him, tripping the victim and causing him to dislocate his shoulder. 

The victim was transported to the hospital and treated for a laceration to his lip and a dislocated shoulder.
