Man Rescued From Santa Monica Surf
Paramedics & lifeguards performed lifesaving measures, and the individual was taken to a hospital.
SANTA MONICA, CA — A man who had submerged under the ocean's waves in Santa Monica Wednesday evening was hospitalized.
Los Angeles County lifeguards received a 911 call at approximately 7:55 p.m. and responded to Tower 20, just south of the Santa Monica Pier, where they found a group of people performing CPR on a man, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Paramedics and lifeguards took over performing lifesaving measures and the man was taken to a hospital.
