Melissa Rivers Sells Santa Monica Mansion For $16M

SANTA MONICA, CA — Television host Melissa Rivers sold her Santa Monica mansion for $16M.

Rivers had spent about two years remodeling the home, which includes some of her late mother Joan River's ornate furniture and other items.

The Mediterranean-inspired mansion sits on about an acre at 501 East Channel Road. It has a sports court and a swimming pool.

Rivers purchased the home in February 2016 for $11M.
