The new Westside location is created by longtime entertainment aficionados, Erik and Florence Chol. In 2015, the Chol’s restored the historic Globe Theatre on Broadway in downtown Los Angeles, which has now become one of the most renowned multi-event spaces in California.
LOULOU is the duo's first restaurant concept and they plan to offer more than just the typical dining routine — surprising guests with artistic performances and other happenings.
