Substance Abuse Nonprofit Signs $3.15 Million Lease in Santa Monica

Real Estate firm Charles Dunn Company,  has completed a 10-year office lease for 6,540 square feet of space with CLARE Foundation valued at $3,153,000. The nonprofit organization will fully occupy the building located at 1334 Lincoln Blvd. in Santa Monica.

CLARE Foundation provides treatment and recovery services for alcoholism and substance abuse to individuals, families and the community. It will use the property as an outpatient facility for its private patients under the name Conscious Recovery.

The nonproft is slated to move into the premises sometime before the end of the year and 10 employees will be hired for the location.

“The property was vacant,” said Charles DeSantis of Charles Dunn in a statement, “but had undergone significant capital improvements by its ownership in anticipation of identifying the right tenant.”

CLARE Foundation was drawn to the property due to its walking distance to the beach, along with its secure ground floor parking.
