Adelaide Coffeebar: An Aussie-inspired, coffee bar by day and wine bar by night, serving roasts by Vittoria Coffee, breakfast sandwiches, baked goods including croissants, cookies and fresh breads with jams and vegemite. The evening wine bar sells local and regional wines by the glass or bottle.
Azule Taqueria: Named “Best Mexican Restaurant in Los Angeles” by Thrillist, featuring a variety of signature tacos, nachos and bowls, house-made salsas, sides, beer and wine.

Pop!s Burgers & Shakes: Menu offerings include shakes, sides, booze and custom burgers with Pop’s seasoning, red wine and grass-fed butter sauce, secret sauce, caramelized onions or American cheese, plus such add-ons as over-easy eggs and bacon, on a bun or in a lettuce wrap. Vegan burger options also available.
STRFSH: A fish sandwich shop from chef duo Michael and Bryan Voltaggio. Voted “Best Seafood Sandwich in America” by Restaurant Hospitality, the eatery offers build-your-own sandwich options, fresh oysters, dips, boardwalk fries, beer and wine.
Street Noods: Menu highlights are a variety of Pan-Asian-style street noodles and gyoza.
