Trash Fire Breaks Out In Santa Monica

Firefighters are responding to a trash fire Friday afternoon in Santa Monica, officials said.

SANTA MONICA, CA — A trash fire broke out in Santa Monica Friday afternoon, officials said.

The fire was reported about 3:16 p.m. in the 2600 block of Main Street, near Ocean Park Boulevard, according to the Santa Monica Fire Department. It was knocked down by about 3:26 p.m.

"Avoid the area, possible delays, hazards," officials said.
