The buyer was Fairbanks Trail LLC c/o Thomas and Julia Lin, according to The Daily Transcript, and the seller was Magdal Santee LLC, with Blake Megdal as the managing member.
The 2,400-square-foot store and service station sits on a 28,000-square-foot lot.
