A light industrial building at 10809 Prospect Ave. in Santee recently sold for $1 million.
The buyer was Robert C. Archibald, c/o Archibald Sheet Metal, of El Cajon, according to The Daily Transcript. And the sellers were Richard Hopper, and Henry and Carrey Tietz with the Tietz Family Trust.
The 8.400-square foot building was constructed in 1973 on a 32,670-square-foot lot, the publication reported.
