SANTEE, CA — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed early Sunday in the Lakeside area northeast of Santee.
The crash was reported at 2:34 a.m. on State Route 67 at San Vicente Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, the CHP said.
