Prospect Avenue Warehouse Sold for $1.6M

The warehouse at 10009-10011 Prospect Avenue has been purchased for $1.6 million, according to the Daily Transcript.

The 13,280-square-foot building was bought by 10009 Prospect Avenue LLC. Local businesses SoCal Paint Works and Classic Performance & Repair are occupants of the site. 

The previous owner, SoCal Paint Works, bought the property for $2.15 million in 2005.
