A 6,865-square-foot retail space in the Santee Town Center on Town Center Parkway in Santee recently sold for $1.6 million.
Real estate brokerage Cassidy Turley announced the sale on Friday.
The seller was Milicevic Nikola & Nadad Family Trust.
The buyer was Stephen M. Coles Separate Property Trust. Bruce Schiff, CCIM, and Phil Lyons, CCIM, of Cassidy Turley represented the buyer.
