Santee Mayoral Election 2020: Minto Faces Houlahan

Santee Mayor John Minto is running for re-election against Councilman Stephen Houlahan.

SANTEE, CA — Santee voters will decide whether to re-elect the mayor or elect a new mayor in Tuesday's general election.

Mayor John Minto has been on the City Council since 2002 and was elected mayor in 2016. He is facing Councilman Stephen Houlahan, who lives in District 4. Houlahan was first elected to the council in 2016.
