Santee Warehouse Sold for $1.7 M to San Diego Firm
Tinmen Development bought the property from a family trust.
An Abraham Way warehouse has been sold by a family trust to a San Diego firm for $1.725 million, according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.
Tinmen Development, LLC bought the property at 9353 Abraham, backed by loans from Wells Fargo, from the Hurley Family Trust.
The 25-year-old building is more than 14,500 square feet and being leased by Challenger Sheet Metal.
