1 Injured In Semi-Truck Crash In East County
One person suffered injuries in the head-on collision, according to the Lakeside Fire Protection District.

LAKESIDE, CA – One person was injured in a head-on collision with a semi-truck Wednesday morning in East County, officials said.
A car and a semi-truck collided on northbound state Route 67, north of Slaughterhouse Canyon Road in Lakeside. One person was transported to the hospital for moderate injuries, according to the Lakeside Fire Protection District.
One northbound lane was blocked, according to Caltrans. Traffic was slowed in the area.
