Semi-Truck Fire Slows Traffic On I-8 In El Cajon
The CHP issued a Sig-alert just after 4 p.m.
EL CAJON, CA – A semi-truck fire slowed traffic on Interstate 8 in El Cajon Monday.
The vehicle fire happened on eastbound I-8 at Lake Jennings Road. The incident was first reported at 3:38 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP issued a Sig-alert just after 4 p.m. Traffic was slowed in the area, but lanes remained open.
