SUV Crashes Trying To Avoid Mattress On Freeway In East County
At least one lane is blocked, according to the CHP.
EL CAJON, CA – An SUV crashed trying to avoid a mattress on an East County freeway Monday morning.
The mattress was reported at 10:30 a.m. in the fast lane on westbound Interstate 8 at State Route 67 in El Cajon, according to the California Highway Patrol. The SUV hit the center divider trying to avoid the mattress.
At least one lane is blocked at Mollison Avenue.
