Traffic Alert: Medics Respond To East County Crash
The incident was reported around 10:08 a.m. Sunday.
EL CAJON, CA -- An ambulance was en route to a crash Sunday after a car reportedly spun out of control in the El Cajon area. The incident was reported around 10:08 a.m. on westbound Interstate 8 near Los Coches, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Initial reports from the CHP incident log said a mid-sized grey car spun out of control and landed in the first lane.
An ambulance was called to the scene.
