Trust Buys 4-Unit Santee Apartment Building for $519,500

A small Santee apartment building has been sold to a trust for for $519,500, according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.

The purchaser was the Kenneth and Laurine Ota Family Trust, of San Diego, which bought the property from Evelyn Lerner by financing about half the price with a loan from Point Loma Credit Union.

The four-unit building at 10317-10323 Park Avenue is more than 50 years old and includes patios and private storage sheds.
