Apply To Paint The City By Jan. 13

From the City of Saratoga: Twelve utility boxes have been transformed into works of art through Saratoga’s Paint the City Program. Now, you can apply to leave your mark on the city too! Five more plain utility boxes await their transformation. Saratoga residents ages 10 and up can submit applications by Jan. 13.
