Hakone’s Evening Cherry Blossom Viewings Extended to April 6
There's still time to catch this amazing, rare annual sight, every night through Friday!

SARATOGA, CA (April 3, 2018) – If you haven’t made it yet to Hakone Estate and Gardens’ first-ever evening viewing events, there’s still time! Although originally expected to last through the end of March, the blossoms are still in full bloom, so you can still check them out now through April 6.
One of the most iconic experiences of Japanese culture is cherry blossom season. To raise the experience up a notch recently launched their public evening hanami (flower viewing), specially illuminating the blossoms for maximum effect. Best viewing times are mid-week when the garden is less crowded. Tickets for "Hanami at Hakone” presented by NETGEAR—costs $12 for adults and $10 for seniors (65+) and students (5-17). Kids ages 4 and under get in free.
For those who can’t make it to the night viewing, they can still see the beautiful flowers during the day at Hakone. Regular admission to Hakone costs $10 for adults and $8 for seniors and students. Children 4 and under enter for free. Saratoga residents get a $2 discount on daytime admission with a photo ID showing their Saratoga address.
