Kingston Trio Plays For Folks At Montalvo Arts Center
The folk band will make its way to the Saratoga stage on April 18 and 19.

SARATOGA, CA -- Where have all the folk artists gone? It may be a question answered in Saratoga, as one of the most celebrated folk trios of all time is hitting the stage at the Montalvo Arts Center for two nights starting April 18.
The intimate Saratoga grounds provides an ideal setting for the Kingston Trio at the indoor Carriage House Theatre.
In 1957, the Kingston Trio emerged from San Francisco’s North Beach club scene to take the country by storm, bringing the rich tradition of American folk music into the mainstream. The unique sound and tunes ranging from "Where Have All the Flowers Gone" to "Tom Dooley" has helped influence the musical tastes of a generation.
