Montalvo To Feature 'Wizard of Oz' For Friday Movie Nights
The free screenings on the Great Lawn are intended as a community gathering spot for families in the Saratoga area.

SARATOGA, CA — The famed Montalvo Arts Center is releasing its Sunset Cinema movie series starting Friday night with "The Wizard of Oz," one of three classic films that will screen outdoors on the Great Lawn this summer.
Those interested in the free movie screening may RSVP.
The goal of the community-based center is to give South Bay families the opportunity to engage in the arts that are central to Montalvo's mission.

Also on the grounds Friday at 7:30 p.m., a Live Music Dance Party featuring live bluegrass tunes by "The High Water Line" is expected to get people on their feet. Dance classes have sold out, but there's plenty of space at the concert for last-minute tickets and walk-ups.
The High Water Line is a five-piece bluegrass band of San Francisco Bay Area musicians who have blended their diverse musical styles to create a hard-driving West Coast bluegrass sound that is all their own. A few songs are listed on their Soundcloud here.
