The Bay Area News Group has announced its list of the Top Workplaces in 2013 and two Saratoga businesses made the list.
In all, awards were given to 95 employers from Santa Rosa down to Carmel.
The awards are given out based only on employee feedback. Workers across the Bay Area filled out surveys conducted by Workplace Dynamics, resulting in 95 businesses across the region receiving accolades.
Saratoga's top workplaces, per employee survey data, are Sereno Group Real Estate and Pet Food Express.
Sereno Group is an upscale, boutique real estate agency that was launched in 2006. On the agency's website, they call themselves "the best and the brightest top producing agents in the Silicon Valley and Santa Cruz Coastal areas."
Pet Food Express, one of the most prolific independent pet food chains in the country, has made the list every year since 2010 and won its first employee relations award in 1996. There are 47 Pet Food Express locations in Northern California.
