Old Saratoga Village Street Light Poles Being Replaced

PG&E and contractor have been removing old street light poles adjacent to the newly installed LED street light poles along Big Basin Way between Highway 9 and Fifth Street.

Pacific Gas and Electric company and its contractor Underground Construction have been removing old street light poles adjacent to the newly installed LED street light poles along Big Basin Way between Highway 9 and Fifth Street.

The construction began Sept. 28 and will continue through Oct. 27, according to Saratoga City Manager Dave Anderson.

Work hours will be approximately 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The contractor will notify the public by placing barricades on Big Basin Way 48 hours prior to commencing work, Anderson said.

The contractor also placed door hangers to notify all of the businesses along Big Basin Way on Sept. 21.
