49ers Linebacker Aldon Smith Arrested Again

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith was arrested Thursday night on suspicion of hit-and-run, driving under the influence and vandalism, according to the Santa Clara Police Department.

He was booked into jail this morning on $26,000 bail, according to jail records. Smith was on probation after pleading no contest last year to three illegal gun charges and two DUI charges in Santa Clara County.
