Black Ice Reported On Mt. Hermon Bypass: SVPD
BREAKING: Drivers are asked to avoid the area.

SCOTTS VALLEY, CA — Black ice on the Mt. Hermon bypass has prompted police to temporarily close westbound Mt. Hermon at Lockwood Lane this morning. Drivers are asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
On Monday, ice was blamed for several collisions in the same area, according to the California Highway Patrol.
