Expect Delays On Highway 17 Southbound Commute This Week

A road maintenance project on southbound state Highway 17 in Santa Clara County continues Monday.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY - A road maintenance project on southbound state Highway 17 in Santa Clara County continues Monday, according to California Department of Transportation officials. 

The landscaping project to mow ground vegetation and trim trees on highway 17 from Bear Creek Road to Summit will take place from 5 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. through Thursday, Caltrans officials said.

The work will require a single lane be closed on the highway, and Caltrans is advising drivers to expect travel delays.
