High On Meth Driver Takes Scotts Valley Cop On Chase: Police
Police said Lac To of San Jose admitted to being high on methamphetamine when he crashed his car in Capitola after a pursuit.
SCOTTS VALLEY, CA -- A driver described as "erratic" who admitted to being high on methamphetamine took a Scotts Valley officer on a pursuit to Capitola before crashing his car, police said. Scotts Valley Police Department said the incident happened Sunday afternoon on Mount Hermon Road.
A Scotts Valley officer saw the driver, identified as Lac To of San Jose, driving erratically in a white Mercedes Benz. To allegedly ignored the officer's attempt to conduct a traffic stop and led the officer on a pursuit to Capitola.
To allegedly crashed his car into another motorist and was apprehended, police said.

Police said To admitted to being under the influence of drugs and believed people were out to kill him.
