First Friday Felton Art Walk, June 3, 2016

fun•ction•al (ˈfʌŋ k ʃə nl) pottery
adj.1. of or pertaining to a fun-er function or functions.
2. capable of operating or functioning fun-ly.
3. having or serving a utilitarian fun-ish purpose; capable of serving the purpose for which it was designed.
4. (of a building or furnishing) constructed or made according to the principles of functionalism.

This years exhibit includes ceramic arts of:
Jasper Marino, Tom Watson, Kyle Jouras, and Travis Adams.
All local to Santa Cruz and often set up their vending booth at the Downtown Santa Cruz Farmers Market.

Hosting Venue for exhibit & Reception… (yeah, free food & drink too!) :
Garimo’s Real Soap Studio
6225 Highway 9, Downtown Felton
(Offering retail organic soaps of ethical and responsibly produced ingredients. Meaning no tropical rainforests or wildlife habitats were harmed during the production of the ingredients Garimo uses in his soaps.
Also in the workshop is a classroom and gallery space for monthly soap making classes and hosting artists for monthly First Friday Felton Art Walk events. Next Soap Making Class is June 11th.)
